Passions aren’t just fleeting interests. They’re foundational. We see this for ourselves, every day. And JLR Create Possible is our brand new, completely free educational resources for 11-14-year-olds, designed to help more them see that too. And to help you, their teachers, with activities and resources that show them how their personal passions can ignite new ways of thinking, break down barriers, navigate a changing world with confidence and connect them to real, meaningful careers.
How? By seeing things differently. By embracing fresh ideas. By daring to ask, what if? And we envision a world where every young person feels empowered to do the same. Our JLR Create Possible programme is our commitment to making that world a reality for 11-14 year olds in the UK and Republic of Ireland.
This is not your stereotypical STEM programme; it’s designed to give you the tools you need to help nurture creativity across the curriculum, so your students can start shaping a future that matters – and see themselves in it too. All inspired by real people, products and processes of JLR.

Talking about nurturing passion is one thing. Helping young people identify their skills, based on their passions, is another. And so, we’ve designed a simple model to help you show every student their interests can take them places. It’s called the Creators’ Cycle.
